For clients · body awareness, on your side

Your body isn’t a problem to fix. It’s a tide to read.

BodyTide helps you notice what your body is saying — appetite, energy, sleep, cycle — and shows you what tends to line up, in plain words. The scale’s daily noise stops being the story: weight, when you choose to include it, is a direction — rising, steady, or easing — never a number you didn’t ask to see.

No scores, no streaks — and a missed day is a missed day, never a zero.

The BodyTide Today screen: an early read on the day from sleep, energy and stress, with one-tap capture — no scores.

Sound familiar?

The signals are all there. Most apps talk over them.

BodyTide starts from three ordinary moments almost everyone knows.

The scale jumps; nothing really changed.

Day-to-day readings move with fluid, sleep, and cycle phase — not just body change. BodyTide reads the level underneath and gives you the direction, so one loud morning doesn’t get to rewrite your week.

Some days, food is loud.

Cravings and food noise have context — a short night, a cycle phase, a long gap between meals. BodyTide helps you notice what your louder days tend to line up with, and offers support for the moment — never a verdict.

Wired days, heavy days — no pattern you can see.

Energy, sleep, appetite, and phase shift together. Noticed in one place, the repeats start to show — drawn from your own days, noticed, never predicted.

How it works

A minute of noticing, a week of context.

No journaling homework, no long forms — a check-in built for real days, and a weekly reveal that’s honest about what a week can show.

1

Check in

A gentle minute: how’s energy, sleep, appetite? A little needs you — the rest is optional, and every question is yours to skip.

2

See what lines up

Your week comes back in plain words — “three things we noticed” — rich some weeks, quiet others, drawn only from the days you logged.

3

Choose support

Tools grouped by moment — around meals, when food is loud, settle in a minute. A gentle “you might try,” never a prescription.

Signals can fill themselves in. Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and weight, sleep, activity and cycle sync automatically — so the picture fills in without you typing your day in twice.

What you’ll see

Built to be worth opening every day — and easy to put down.

Weight, kindly

Watch the trend, not the wave.

Weight in BodyTide is optional, and off until you choose it. If you do include it, you get a band — not a verdict line.

The line is our best read of your underlying level, with day-to-day water noise filtered out. The shading is how sure we can honestly be — it widens where days went unlogged, instead of pretending.

Every reading sits in cycle context, phases are compared with the same phase, and the weekly word is only ever rising, steady, or easing. Prefer not to see the number at all? A trend-only view keeps it out of sight.

No goal arrows. No red or green. A missed day is a missed day — never a zero, and never a mark against you.

With your coach

Share on your terms. It stays your data.

BodyTide usually arrives through a coach or dietitian — and connecting is where it gets good: they see the why behind your week, and you stop re-telling it from memory.

You choose what they see, category by category — body, fuel, rhythm, appetite, cycle, reflections. Everything you share is read-only for them, and you can change your mind at any time; ending a category, or the whole connection, takes effect instantly.

If macros are part of your work together, your coach sets the target — it lands in your app as context for your week, never a grade. When they recommend a tool, it shows up tagged “Recommended by your coach,” and a one-tap Helped · Didn’t help · Didn’t try goes back — so sessions start already understood.

If coaching wraps up, BodyTide stays yours. Your history and account carry on untouched — the app is complete on its own, and your data never changes hands.

Our promise

No scores. No streaks. No verdicts.

Nothing here grades you, races you, or guesses your future. BodyTide notices patterns with you — in hedged, human words — and stays on your side, quiet weeks included.

Fair questions

Asked plainly, answered plainly.

Is this a diet app?

No. There are no food rules and no verdicts on your choices. Macros enter only if you and your coach choose them — optional context for your week, never a grade.

Do I have to weigh in?

No. Weight is optional and off until you turn it on. If you do, it’s a band and a direction — rising, steady, or easing — and a trend-only view can keep the number itself out of sight.

Do I need a wearable?

No — your own noticing is enough. If you use Apple Health or Health Connect, weight, sleep, activity and cycle can sync in automatically.

Who sees my data?

You — and only if you connect one, your coach: category by category, read-only, by your explicit choice. You can end any category, or the whole connection, anytime, effective instantly.

Is BodyTide medical?

No. BodyTide is a wellness and behavioral-support app — it does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage medical conditions or medication regimens. If you take medication that affects appetite, the app holds it as context you control — never advice.
